NOTIPICATION ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal productivity application for managing reminders, subscription renewals, notes, and habits, with optional notification delivery via WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Content you create: reminders, renewals, notes, checklists, and habits you add to the app, including their titles, descriptions, dates, and completion status.
• WhatsApp number: only if you choose to enable WhatsApp notifications, and only after you verify the number yourself via a one-time code. This number is used solely to deliver the notifications you've opted into.
• Device notification token: a technical identifier used to deliver in-app push notifications to your device.
• Payment records: if you upgrade to a paid plan, our payment processor handles your payment details directly — we store only the transaction status and plan you purchased, never your card or bank details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate the app: to save and sync your reminders/notes/habits across sessions, to send you the notifications you've configured (in-app and, if enabled, WhatsApp), and to manage your account and subscription plan. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the app: our hosting provider (to store your data), Firebase Cloud Messaging (to deliver in-app notifications), Fast2SMS (to deliver WhatsApp notifications, only for numbers you've verified), and our payment processor (for paid plan purchases). We do not share your personal content — reminders, notes, or habits — with any third party for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual reminders, notes, or habits at any time within the app. To request full account deletion, contact us using the details below.

6. Your Choices

WhatsApp notifications are entirely opt-in — you choose whether to verify a number and which items send you a WhatsApp message. You can manage your notification preferences and account details from within the app at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage and secured API access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information to the best of our ability.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
